About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a key member of our client support administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our Independent Financial Advisers, responding to technical and process queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client meeting packs, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Record and update back office systems, ensuring seamless communication with clients and advisers.
  • Manage client files throughout the application stage, ensuring all necessary information is captured and processed efficiently.
  • Process new business received via post or online, loading relevant data onto our CRM database.
  • Update clients and advisers on the progress of their new business cases, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
