About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team at EPAM Systems. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of architecture solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution 'go-live' across different industry sectors.
  • Find the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility, and long-term sustainability.
  • Provide technical governance, architectural review/audit, architectural road-mapping, and proactively develop and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Proven experience acting as a hands-on Solution Architect with a strong foundation in Software Engineering.
  • Experience in a one or two industry sectors and ideally Financial Services/Banking or Insurance.
  • Able to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to link technology with business value while guiding clients through the right technology choices suitable to their short and long-term goals.
  • Experience and understanding of Agile delivery.
