As a Sales Consultant at Bicester Village, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a loyal customer base. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of excellence in sales, customer service, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
* Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques to drive sales and KPIs.
* Maintain an understanding of current products, trends, and collections.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
* Achieve a score of at least 85% in any mystery shop report.
* Understand all policies, procedures, and compliance.
* Maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
* Support the store with cycle counts and during bi-annual inventories.
* Additional ad hoc duties as necessary.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills.
* Sales experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or fashion outlet retail.
* Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
* Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
* Strong clienteling skills and experience.
