About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Performance Manager to join our team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our Distribution function, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our analysis and reporting capabilities, supporting our distribution strategy to increase productive and sustainable relationships with advice firms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating actionable insights that allow us to identify and target opportunities to maximize available resources. You will work closely with our distribution teams to provide insights that grow relationships and improve effectiveness, as well as lead the development and communication of distribution trading performance.

About You

  • Proven experience in data analysis and insights, with a strong track record of producing high-level insights.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with Power BI experience a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and supporting colleagues.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus, but not essential.
