Join our dynamic Certification Compliance team at SOCOTEC Certification UK, where we are dedicated to supporting our ambitious growth objectives.
We are seeking a Junior Technical Compliance Officer to assist in the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of our UKAS accreditation and overall Management System. The responsibilities will include:
Collaboration with the Compliance Manager: You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that SCUK system documentation is consistently updated in accordance with accreditation standards and timelines.
Document Control Responsibilities: You will take on the role of Document Controller, which involves maintaining the document register, issuing document revisions to our international offices, coordinating acknowledgments from these offices, and updating our electronic document platform to guarantee access to the latest versions.
Support for Compliance Management: You will assist the Compliance Manager in addressing and resolving both internal and external non-conformities, as well as customer complaints and appeals as needed.
Internal Audit Program Maintenance: You will support and uphold the internal audit program, ensuring follow-up tasks are assigned to the appropriate personnel or local offices.

- A solid understanding of the requirements for auditing and certifying management systems (ISO).
