About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytics frameworks to support business decision-making
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role
  • Strong Excel skills, including macro and query development, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with market data from reputable sources, such as Gfk
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
