About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cycle Centre team as a Cycle Centre Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cycle Centre, providing excellent customer service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of cycles and equipment for hire
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Cycle Centre team to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality service to our guests
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the Cycle Centre shop, including restocking and merchandising
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, and have a positive attitude towards learning and development.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to carry out the demands of the role
  • Cytech Level 2 qualification or equivalent (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (desirable)

Working Hours

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This may include some evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
