Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner to handle a comprehensive caseload of residential property transactions from initiation to conclusion. This position demands a proactive mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a strong dedication to client satisfaction.

Key Duties

  • Overseeing a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases, including sales, acquisitions, remortgages, and equity transfers
  • Performing detailed title investigations and drafting title reports
  • Communicating effectively with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other relevant parties
  • Preparing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
  • Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory standards
  • Delivering exceptional client care and fostering strong client relationships
  • Utilizing case management systems proficiently to organize files and documentation

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • In-depth understanding of conveyancing procedures and applicable legislation
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to effectively manage a substantial caseload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with case management software and MS Office applications
  • A proactive, client-centered approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
  • Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market
