Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Priory Healthcare, specializing in Eating Disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Eating Disorders unit, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering patient-centered care, focusing on the physical and emotional needs of individuals with eating disorders.
  • Participating in the development of new services and care pathways, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy, promoting quality improvement and innovation.
  • Engaging in continuous quality improvement within your service, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD) with active NMC PIN.
  • At least 12 months post-qualifying experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A positive attitude, commitment to change, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.

Our Shift Patterns

We operate a range of shift patterns, including day shifts (7am to 7:30pm) and night shifts (7pm to 7:30am). As a Registered Nurse in our Eating Disorders unit, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
