We invite you to join our dynamic nuclear team as a Principal Waste Consultant, where you will engage in a diverse and growing array of international and UK-based projects.
As a Principal Waste Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting and delivering technical work across a range of projects, managing tasks and projects covering technical, quality, and financial management, and building positive long-term client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work across several projects and proposals at one time, multitasking and promoting our services within AECOM.
We are seeking high-calibre individuals with experience in radioactive waste management, including operating waste management facilities, consulting and project management experience, and undertaking nuclear decommissioning or studies exploring options to define approaches for decommissioning. You will also have knowledge of the Radioactive Waste Advisor role and waste characterisation, treatment, conditioning, packaging, storage, transport, or disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting and delivering technical work across a range of projects.
- Managing tasks and projects covering technical, quality, and financial management.
- Multitasking: working across several projects and proposals at one time.
- Building positive long-term client relationships.
- Building internal networks to promote our services within AECOM.
