Business Analyst Opportunity at Aero Tec Laboratories (ATL) Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Aero Tec Laboratories (ATL) Ltd., a leading manufacturer of flexible fuel tanks for various industries. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process enhancements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactively mining data across various systems and structures to gain insights and inform business decisions;
  • Presenting intelligent analytics to stakeholders, focusing on core business operations and needs;
  • Collaborating with department managers and leaders to drive data administration and process improvements;
  • Assisting with the analysis and management of sales data to optimize ERP system stock levels;
  • Supporting product unification decisions by analyzing usage and sales data for both sites;
  • Developing individual business and group KPI dashboards to track performance;
  • Implementing new business planning systems to enhance manufacturing operations and data analysis;
  • Adhering to environmentally sustainable practices and seeking opportunities to reduce waste and energy usage.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders;
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
What We Offer

  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday);
  • 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata, increasing with service;
