  • Analysis of Rent-a-Car revenue, pricing, and utilization performance.
  • Monthly production, distribution & analysis of Rent-a-Car location scorecards.
  • Recommend assumptions used in Investor Business Plans regarding revenue by model, seasonal utilization, sales channel mix/performance.
  • Generating and presenting financial performance summaries for Volkswagen Group brands.
  • Analysis of key data to provide investigation and commentary around key metrics highlighting trends and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Training needs analysis and preparing training materials from e-learning data and reporting.
  • Analyzing mystery shop data from an external supplier and presenting findings & outlining areas to improve to key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
