About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charity Underwriting Director to lead our global brokerage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, manage risk, and protect our clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and mitigate risk through effective underwriting and risk management practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of underwriters and risk managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
  • ACII qualification or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products and services
  • Strong underwriting and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
