The Role


We are seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a key member of our team, you will work on projects ranging from £300k to £5 million, managing costs, contracts, and client relationships across sectors like education, residential, commercial, and healthcare. Your role will involve ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards, reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager/Director.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage project costs and contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards


Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Ideal candidate will be Chartered, but support will be provided for those on their APC path
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Passion for working on diverse projects across multiple sectors
