About the Role

As an Account Director, you will lead a team within our Client Services department, overseeing the day-to-day management of high-profile clients. You will work closely with creative and strategic teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful campaigns across various media formats, including digital, print, and live-action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of multiple key client accounts within the gaming and entertainment sectors.
  • Guide and inspire a team of Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across multifaceted campaigns.
  • Provide professional development and performance management for direct reports.
  • Maintain financial oversight, ensuring that projects meet profitability goals and identifying opportunities for client growth.
Requirements

We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of the latest market trends in gaming, communications, and creative industries. You will be skilled at aligning our creative capabilities with client needs and play a key role in driving growth, both for our clients and internally within the agency.

Proven experience in a creative agency environment, managing complex, multi-territory campaigns. Excellent communication skills and financial acumen.
