Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and e-commerce growth. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies, elevating our brand and connecting with our audience in the world of fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Online Advertising: Manage advertising campaigns across PPC, display, and social media to drive website traffic and sales.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize our website and content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
  • Content Marketing: Lead content creation and distribution across our digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media.
  • Social Media Management: Drive social media engagement to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to engage leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Ensure effective budget management to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams in web development, design, and e-commerce to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven organizational skills, with a knack for planning and attention to detail, to manage multi-channel marketing projects.
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager or Category Manager, with a strong understanding of how multi-channel marketing campaigns work.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • An innate ability to connect with people and build strong working relationships.
