Job Title: Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager

Fluid Fusion is seeking a highly skilled Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing and eCommerce strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website management, social media development, and online marketing activations.
  • Lead the development and execution of best-in-class eCommerce marketing plans to drive sales growth across UK retailers, including e-tailers, online specialists, and leading grocery customers.
  • Build and maintain a UK Digital Activation Toolkit, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing activations.
  • Manage Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation Providers, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build and deploy a perfect e-store presence, driving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Plan, manage, and execute flawless, end-to-end individual digital and eCommerce campaigns, ensuring exceptional results.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in drinks or FMCG brands.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering excellent eCommerce digital activations for national retailers.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and social media development and tracking skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage insights and critical thinking to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
