Project Overview

The Community Connections project aims to strengthen relationships between CHM-1 and the MS community in South West England. As a Community Connections Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with local communities, promote CHM-1's services, and build partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, charities, and organizations to promote CHM-1's services and activities. • Plan and deliver community events, workshops, and training sessions to engage with the MS community and promote CHM-1's work. • Collaborate with CHM-1's team to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and evaluations. • Provide excellent customer service and support to the MS community, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
