Role Overview
The Cluster Safety & Security Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing security protocols across our hotels in the Gatwick region. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of hotel facilities, including guest areas, staff zones, and parking lots.
- Oversee daily operations of the security department, collaborating with other hotel teams.
- Adapt to schedule changes within the security team, including covering night shifts as necessary.
- Train security personnel on established procedures and monitor compliance.
- Act within legal boundaries to address any offenses occurring on hotel premises.
- Represent the hotel in legal matters, including signing documents and attending court as needed.
Candidate Profile
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Possession of SIA License, First Aid certification, and NEBOSH qualification is preferred.
