About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational and senior administrative support to services within a clinical group at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret waiting list data to support planning and performance processes.
  • Manage cancelled admissions and operations to ensure rescheduled operations and appointments meet patient charter and local targets.
  • Support the management team with coordination of clinical leave requests, travel arrangements, and meeting expenses.
  • Provide management cover in conjunction with the Operations and Performance Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of business standard operating procedures, business continuity plans, and standard working documents.
