As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be integral in maintaining compliance and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for our dental professionals and patients.

You will uphold the highest standards for both your colleagues and our clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cleaning assigned areas thoroughly
• Adhering to the cleanliness standards of a dental facility
• Complying with Health & Safety, COSHH, and all relevant regulations
• Keeping accurate cleaning records on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Implementing the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and the National Colour Coding Scheme
• Following Infection Control protocols
• Maintaining cleaning equipment properly
• Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Handling electrical cleaning devices safely
• Understanding and following lone worker policies and risk assessments
• Managing waste appropriately (excluding hazardous or sharp waste)
• Upholding confidentiality standards
• Completing any other reasonable requests from management

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar cleaning role
• Familiarity with COSHH regulations is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with excellent punctuality
• Ability to work autonomously
• Requirement to pass client vetting for the position
