Job Opportunity
The Burgess Hill Academy is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Academy Business Manager with recruitment and general staffing administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment process using our recruitment portal (Jobtrain)
- Co-ordinating the induction process for new staff
- Ensuring the Single Central Record is kept up to date with starters, leavers and training
- Liaising with the central People Team reading contract changes, leavers etc
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in input and proof checking with enhanced attention to detail
- Experience of working within a school environment or within an HR / recruitment role would be desirable although not essential
