We are pleased to announce a new block booking opportunity directly with Pennine NHS Trust in Tameside. This exciting opportunity allows you to work as a Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and prioritize appointments to ensure timely support for patients.
  • Provide urgent assessments for acute mental health needs, ensuring prompt intervention and care.
  • Develop effective management plans, follow-up care, and referrals, including fast-tracking to specialist services or Low-Level Warning (LLW) as needed.
  • Offer brief crisis interventions and follow-up appointments to support patients in crisis.
  • Deliver brief psychological interventions for mental health issues, promoting positive outcomes and well-being.
