About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Eastleigh. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily routines
  • Assist with life skills development, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
  • Encourage participation in community activities and social events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment

Requirements:
