Logistics Compliance Officer

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to become a vital part of our Fleet Administration team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that compliance functions are executed with precision and professionalism, while also providing exceptional support to our Fleet services.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The salary for this position is £25,000.
As the chosen candidate, you will directly contribute to the success of our team and report to the Fleet Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the Fleet Management team and supporting the daily operations of a dynamic office environment.
- Organizing and filing service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates, and logbooks while ensuring all outstanding paperwork is pursued.
- Collaborating with both internal and external departments to relay pertinent information.
- Coordinating urgent callouts that require immediate attention.
- Scheduling necessary tests for fuel trucks and tankers as needed.
- Ensuring all vehicles meet legal servicing requirements.
- Planning and organizing equipment inspections.
- Maintaining operational standards to support the efficient functioning of our business.
- Updating and managing MyFleet.
- Assisting with various projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
- Supporting Driverline calls during peak times.
- Keeping the Group informed of any legal compliance obligations.
- Performing any other reasonable administrative tasks as requested.
Required Qualifications
The ideal Administrator will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
- A minimum of GCSE standard education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong keyboard skills.
