About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapy team, working across three of our specialist schools: Talocher School, Queenswood School, and Aspris College South Wales. The successful candidate will provide direct support to our students, working closely with SALTs and other professionals to facilitate 1:1 and group therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and facilitate 1:1 and group therapy to young people aged 5-19 years.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based support strategies for students with ASC.
  • Conduct standardized assessments, score, analyze, and create bespoke programs for students with language and developmental delays.
  • Disseminate best practices to the wider support team and deliver onsite training to colleagues as needed.
  • Work in close partnership with a diverse team of Therapy and educational specialists.

Requirements
  • Profession-specific qualification and registration.
