About the Role

Quintessential Design Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled CAE Project Engineer to join our team in the field of Engineering Innovations, Research & Development, and IT. As a CAE Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the durability attribute of Traction battery assembly & sub-assemblies in line with requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CAE durability analysis at System / Sub-system / component level within the Propulsion System.
  • Coordinate with physical testing team to correlate simulation results and gather learning to optimize methods for future assessments.
  • Deliver complex data to meet expected results.
  • Support the continual development of tools and techniques to enhance capability, improve quality, and robustness of Virtual models.
  • Conduct design analysis and development with utmost quality within an agile framework.
  • Support design, development workstreams within the scope of engineering development projects.
  • Support prototype design freeze activities for customer applications, support customer production / prototype sites & liaise with their engineering team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years industrial work experience with CAE Analysis.
  • Experience in Conducting Vibration & Hi-Cycling Fatigue Analysis.
  • Experience in explicit dynamics, gasket sealing, stress and fatigue analysis (nCode/FEMFAT).
  • Previous experience of supporting engineering or analytical projects.
  • Experience in proposing product modifications to improve design.
