People Solutions Group is currently seeking motivated individuals for an Outbound Customer Engagement role.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization that provides a comprehensive suite of customer interaction services.

The ideal candidate for the Customer Engagement Specialist position will possess prior experience in a similar capacity and demonstrate confidence and resilience when reaching out to businesses.

Key Benefits

This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to choose between part-time or full-time hours.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Representing clients by contacting a designated list of businesses to arrange qualified sales meetings
  • Generating potential leads
  • Updating and maintaining company records
  • Conducting telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customer base

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar outbound calling role
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear telephone manner
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Ability to work towards set targets
  • Local candidates preferred for ease of commuting
