About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including shift planning, resource allocation, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
