Cleaner - The Dolphin Shopping Centre

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To clean the centre, including all areas used by the public, and wear company uniform at all times.
  • To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard, in accordance with our quality procedures.
  • To work in a proactive manner, supporting and assisting colleagues as needed.
  • To undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the Team Leader and Centre Management.

Person Specification:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
