About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre is clean and well-maintained, providing an excellent experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To clean and maintain all areas of the centre, including public spaces, corridors, and facilities.
  • To ensure all cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standards, adhering to our quality procedures and protocols.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • To provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To undertake ad-hoc duties as required, supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
