About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at CV Library, a leading provider of job search services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery to high standards, ensuring minimal interruptions and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair production machinery, including performing planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns.
  2. Devise, fabricate, and install improvements to production machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Conduct mechanical and pneumatic fault finding, and read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  4. Complete maintenance records and required paperwork, and maintain comprehensive maintenance and service records.

Requirements:

  1. Strong mechanical skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
  3. Experience in a high-speed, high-pressure production environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  4. Flexible, able to prioritize effectively and adapt to variable workloads.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on maintaining and improving production machinery. The role will involve working rotating shifts, including early, afternoon, and night shifts.
