Multi Skilled Maintenance Professional

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of all plant, services, and buildings within the site.

• Assist external contractors as necessary.

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance in accordance with established systems.

• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in workshops, stores, and plant rooms.

• Collaborate with production teams to provide proactive support, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency of production runs.

• Adhere to company ISO, SAP, and HACCP procedures, ensuring all work is carried out safely, tidily, and in a hygienic manner.

• Comply with legislation and company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene.

• Escalate serious issues to the Engineering Manager immediately.

• Identify site improvement projects and personal development opportunities to present to the Engineering Manager.

• Work on a shift pattern of Evening/Night shifts.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate should be apprentice-trained with a minimum of 5 years of experience and ideally hold a HNC/HND.

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment or a similarly demanding working environment is beneficial.

• Proven experience in planned maintenance systems, breakdown maintenance, and installations, as well as knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
