They are in search of a skilled Catastrophic Injury or EL/PL solicitor possessing 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to enhance their team of 11 professionals.

This firm stands out as a leader in the casualty sector, adept at managing intricate and high-stakes cases for their insurance clients.


Role Overview

The Catastrophic Injury Associate position will involve managing a diverse and demanding portfolio of multi-track EL/PL cases, each valued up to £1,000,000. You will be responsible for your own case load while also providing support to colleagues on complex, high-value personal injury matters. This role includes drafting legal documents, preparing witness statements, instructing counsel and experts, and participating in conferences and trials.

There is potential for you to enhance your leadership abilities, as you may mentor junior colleagues on fast-track claims.


Qualifications Required
To be considered, you must be a qualified Catastrophic Injury or EL/PL Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE. It is essential to have prior experience managing your own caseload of defendant multi-track EL/PL cases. Successful applicants will have a background in large loss teams, along with strong interpersonal skills and a solid academic record.
