They are in search of a skilled Catastrophic Injury or EL/PL solicitor with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of their dedicated team of 11 professionals.

This firm is recognized as a leader in the casualty sector, adept at managing intricate and high-stakes cases for their insurance clients.


Role Overview

The Catastrophic Injury Associate position involves managing a diverse and demanding portfolio of multi-track EL/PL cases, with values reaching up to £1,000,000.

You will be responsible for your own case load while also providing support to colleagues on complex, high-value personal injury matters. This role includes drafting legal documents, preparing witness statements, instructing counsel and experts, and participating in conferences and trials.

There is potential for you to enhance your leadership capabilities, as mentoring junior team members on fast-track claims may be part of your responsibilities.


Qualifications Required
To be considered, you must be a qualified Catastrophic Injury or EL/PL Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE. Proven experience in managing your own caseload of defendant multi-track EL/PL cases is crucial. Ideal candidates will have a background in large loss teams. Strong interpersonal skills and a solid academic record are also essential.
