As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Commercial Property transactions and supporting our Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.

About the Role:

  • Assist, conduct, and manage various Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties.
  • Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of our case management system and work efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
  • Support colleagues within the department and liaise with existing and new clients.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
  • Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills, and be a motivated and organized team-player.
