Position Overview:

We are seeking a Designate General Manager for the South Coast/South West region to become part of one of the largest and most successful gaming organizations in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional experiences for guests, positioning the venue as the preferred destination.

  • Actively analyze and respond to customer feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy in collaboration with central functions.
  • Design innovative experiences and events catering to diverse customer segments.
  • Enhance financial performance across all gaming and food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure full accountability for health and safety, operational compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Promote a culture of responsible gambling within the casino environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving outstanding commercial results in a significant service-oriented business.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, along with a car allowance of £5,600 per annum. Additional opportunities for bonuses between £10,000 and £20,000 are available. Benefits include private medical care, a company pension contribution of up to 10%, life assurance, and 33 days of annual leave.
