Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our expanding team at EA First Ltd. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading internal audit assignments, providing strategic advice, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal audit assignments, ensuring thorough and high-quality deliverables ready for senior-level review.
  • Conduct internal audits either on-site at client locations or remotely.
  • Present audit findings and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to design and implement audit plans, including defining the scope, scheduling, and setting clear deliverables.
  • Manage your own workload and oversee junior staff, ensuring all work is completed within the allocated budget.
  • Contribute to business development by participating in client meetings, networking events, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Credentials: ACA, ACCA, or IIA qualification (essential).
  • Experience: Solid experience in planning and executing audits of varying complexities (essential).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
