Internal Audit Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Internal Audit Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the audit department, you will be responsible for leading internal audit assignments, providing strategic advice, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Internal Audit Assignments: Take charge of internal audit assignments, ensuring thorough and high-quality deliverables ready for senior-level review.
- Conduct Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits either on site at client locations or remotely, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's risk management and governance frameworks.
- Present Audit Findings: Present audit findings and provide strategic recommendations to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Design and Implement Audit Plans: Work closely with clients to design and implement audit plans, including defining the scope, scheduling, and setting clear deliverables.
- Manage Workload and Team: Manage your own workload and oversee junior staff, ensuring all work is completed within the allocated budget and to the highest standard.
- Contribute to Business Development: Contribute to business development by participating in client meetings, networking events, and other marketing activities, helping to grow the client's business and reputation.
- Credentials: ACA, ACCA, or IIA qualification (essential).
- Experience: Solid experience in planning and executing audits of varying complexities (essential).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
