Proline Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in nursing homes across Birmingham.
- Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to support our patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support patients in nursing homes across Birmingham, providing individualized care and attention to their needs.
- Maintain ongoing assessment and review of patients, ensuring their care plans are up-to-date and effective.
- Administer medication and provide other forms of treatment as required.
- Apply surgical dressings and provide advice on nursing care and disease prevention.
- Supervise the implementation of care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
- Active NMC pin and at least 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good under pressure and able to work to deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work well with others, building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
