Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and hardworking individual to fill the Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant role in a fantastic Secondary School. The ideal candidate will have strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1, and experience working with young people in a school-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers and pupils in a Secondary School setting
  • Lead 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Uphold the school's core values

Requirements:

  • Graduate with strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1
  • Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
  • Good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
