We need dedicated Residential Managers to lead these homes and create nurturing environments where children can thrive.
As a Registered Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of the children in your care. You'll build and manage a team of passionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional support and guidance. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive and supportive home environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Your Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of residential care workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Create a stimulating and engaging environment for children, organizing activities, outings, and experiences that promote their social, emotional, and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate safeguarding measures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and communication with families and external agencies.
