We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Digital Growth Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end performance of our website, with a focus on customer journey optimization, testing, and driving sales online.
Key Responsibilities- Website Ownership and Management: End-to-end ownership and management of our website, including managing website relaunch projects, updating and maintaining product detail pages, pricing, and SKU list management.
- Merchandising and UX Expertise: Using expert Shopify Plus skills, manage all website merchandising, and lead on new territory store launches on a global scale.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value, with overarching responsibility for maintaining and improving these metrics.
- Acquisition and Retention Strategies: Manage and optimize the website to deliver acquisition and retention, by internal requirement gathering and agency management.
- AB/Multivariate Testing: Execute AB/multivariate testing to maximize conversion and engagement on the website.
- Data Capture and Management: Optimise relevant data capture/management with the view of building segmentation and gaining customer insights.
- Customer Journey Flows: Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement, upsell, and improve customer lifetime value.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or conversion rate optimization, ideally within a subscription-based organization.
- Expertise: Expert in Shopify Plus, with extensive past experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with previous experience managing agencies.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in ecommerce.
- Consulting and Quality Assurance: Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Hybrid Working: Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days of office work after probation.
