We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Year 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at EdEx. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a Year 2 classroom setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with communication and learning difficulties
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering materials in Maths, Reading, Writing, Phonics, and other subjects
  • Support students with SEN/SEMH needs in a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children across Key Stage 1 (KS1)
  • Desire to start a career in teaching, education, or childcare
  • Degree-level qualification and strong academic background
  • Previous experience or employment with SEN/SEMH needs

  • Competitive daily rate of £105-£110
  • Full-time, term-time only position
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends
