About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors, staff, and contractors.

Our STARS team combines customer service and security expertise to provide a unique and comprehensive service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has a strong understanding of administrative computer packages such as MS Office and GSuite.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and professional approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work under pressure, think on their feet, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and adaptability.

The role involves meeting and greeting all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner, delivering a consistently high-end customer-focused experience, and creating an individual tailored visitor experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the workplace is visually of a high standard, working closely with client contacts to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work, and assisting in emergency situations.
