About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their visitors.

Our STARS team combines customer service and security expertise to provide a unique and comprehensive service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and personable manner
  • Delivering a consistently high-end customer-focused experience
  • Creating a tailored visitor experience
  • Embodying a high-performance approach and encouraging colleagues to do the same
  • Ensuring the workplace is visually appealing and of a high standard
  • Working closely with client contacts to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
  • Assisting in emergency situations
  • Providing timely and accurate information
  • Responding appropriately to varying and fast-changing priorities
  • Building strong relationships with recurring customers
  • Representing Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity, and culture of both

  • Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.

  • Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting, or Customer-facing role
