Peripatetic Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peripatetic Nurse. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of residents across a select number of premium homes in Stoke-on-Trent, providing high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position (36h) with a mixed shift pattern. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for developing effective care plans tailored to each resident, supporting team members to advance their skills and capabilities, and promoting a culture of excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • Support and develop team members to advance their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence in care
Requirements
  • Registration with the NMC as a general Registered Nurse (RN Adult) or as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN)
  • A valid driving licence and ongoing access to a personal vehicle for the travel elements of this role
  • Professional knowledge of / experience with dementia and related needs (desirable)
