Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Climate Action Officer to lead the development and delivery of the Council's strategic approach to climate change mitigation and adaptation.

This is a key role within the Planning Policy and Climate Action Team, working closely with colleagues, partners, and the community to deliver the Council's targets for organisational and borough-wide climate action.

The successful candidate will support the development of policies and projects across the Council to embed climate action, provide technical advice on climate science and policy, and collect and monitor information on climate change impacts and risks.
