We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-performance buildings that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our MEP division, you will be responsible for driving the technical delivery and financial profitability of projects, while developing relationships with clients and project managers to identify opportunities for other disciplines to become involved.

Our MEP team is a specialist in energy, sustainability, and engineering design, working across all sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential. We bring buildings to life and create award-winning, high-performance environments that enhance the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on projects and take responsibility for the technical delivery and financial profitability of the project.
  • Develop relationships with Clients, project managers and architects and actively identify opportunities for other disciplines to become involved in projects.
  • Be a pro-active member of the MEP team, supporting with the day-to-day running of the electrical disciplines, working on multidisciplinary projects across a variety of building sectors.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters and ideally chartered status.
  • Proven experience working as a Principal or Senior Electrical Engineer with a track record of working within the UK on a range of mainstream building services projects.
  • Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit and IES/Amtech.
