Maintenance Engineering Training Coordinator

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our Engineering Training department in Glasgow Prestwick, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain records management systems for 3000+ staff
- Issue training records and reports as requested
- Monitor mandatory training of MRO employees
- Schedule training courses and control classroom usage
- Process enrolment of staff onto training courses
- Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses
- Maintain training registers for MRO training department
- Password Resets for Learning Management System
- Control Assessment Materials
- Notify management team of instructor availability
- Liaise with HR departments on training and recruitment
- Act as focal for correspondence between local training providers and MRO
- Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested
- Send notification of courses running to base maintenance staff
- Assist other BM sites as designated by BM Training Supervisor
- Report any errors on training material to BM Training Supervisor
- Report any training department necessities to BM Training Supervisor
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Confident and proficient user of Microsoft Packages
- Strong work ethic and responsibility
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to seek and find solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid UK/EU passport and driving license
